Galion TS A75 Power Amp

I own two anmps and one is tubed. The A75 is so good I could happily live with it forever if that was my only choice. It has many characteristics of a good tube amp, but has the solid state power to push low frequencies with authority. This is a musical device and I highly recommend it.

Very pleased with the Galion TSA75 warm open sounding good clarity and clean bass. Upper reaches quite revealing of source quality but I don’t find it tiring and glare is kept to a minimum. I use it with a passive high quality switched attenuator using top notch resistors a shanling et3 cd transport chord Qutest a blue sound nano streamer and vinyl is catered for with Systemdek Transcription turntable Rega arm and Supex mc cartridge. Phono preamp is an old Croft Acoustics valve design. Speakers are PMC twenty 22s

Hey Thomas! 1st and foremost, I absolutely love the TS A75!!🙏🤸‍♂️... the DeHavilland UltraVerve appears to be a good/great match and what I notice most is how "tall" it makes my room seem (11.5' wide x 17.5' deep)...great detail and a wider, more enveloping soundstage than I may have ever previously experienced... as it stands, while I love the (borrowed) DeHavilland, I've been looking @ comparably priced tube preamps and am leaning heavily toward your TS P75 based on many favourable reviews... I've been chasing a desired sound for several months which will best drive my T D Pendragons and can finally put the search to bed and simply enjoy music of all genres, be it Sonny Rollins or The Clash, Nick Cave or Sibelius! Quiet, low noise floor, runs cool. Devine sounding, my end game amplifier. Excellent voicing may bi-amp just because... very pleased with the unit & communications with Thomas.

Very good amplifier. As part of a revealing system allows the music to come alive. An unexpected happy result is how good music sounds at lower volumes, details are still there. Like any REALLY GOOD amplifier, this amplifier will give your speakers everything in the music. Coming from tube monoblocks, this thing runs almost cold and better low end.
