Warranty Policy

At Galion Audio, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and standing behind the quality of our products. Our warranty terms are as follows:

Warranty Coverage by Product:

- TS120 & TS34 Tube Amplifiers: 1-year parts and labour warranty, 3-month warranty on tubes (original owner only)

- TS Voyager Speakers & TL: 2-year parts and labour warranty  

- TS A75 & DIscovery Power Amplifier: 2-year parts and labour warranty

- TS P75 & Navy Tube preamp: 2-year parts and labour warranty

- TS A20 Power Amplifier: 2-year parts and labour warranty

- C100 Speaker Cable: 2-year parts and labour warranty

Warranty Service Process:

1. For all warranty issues, please contact us through our website's contact page. Our dedicated team will work closely with you to troubleshoot the problem, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution.

2. If on-site service is required, we will locate an authorized technician in your area and cover all repair expenses.

3. If no local technician is available, you may ship the unit to our specialized technician at our expense.

4. If our technician cannot complete repairs within three months, we will arrange for a replacement unit.

Galion Audio reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility and appropriate resolution for each case. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
