Galion Discovery Monoblocks Power Amplifier (Sold in pairs)

Amazing how these amps opened up my speakers. Soundstage went from within the speakers to beyond and depth improved as well. The overall sound is also improved - I can hear into the instruments better. I'm loving these amps!

This discovery monos continue to blown me away. I know if I connect my Red rose r3 they will sound good. But what I heard is unbelievably live and musically insane.Now I have 3 speakers in line to listen my diapason adamantes , technic, ps 12 Tekton.my TSA 75 is making Tekton monitor sing as well.Thomas thank you again.

I own the TSA 75 already and Iam already impressed how good it is for my second system. Thomas amps are addicting to listen. Before I decided to audition the discovery , I have Excellent tube monoblock for my Andra and I am truly satisfied When the discovery arrived I just connected them to my Andra speakers to settle them down. I never have any plan to use them with my Andra. After two days Iam settling them down , I can’t believe what Iam hearing , it looks like they will unseat my tube monoblock $4500, a week later indeed they unseat my tube mono . The discovery are very very good, perfect match to my 86db Andra, they power them better than on my precious solid state amp like Krell 300 , and the JC 1 parasound I auditioned many years ago. Bass is superb. The discovery adds energy, musicality , palpability to the music. Holographic sound is amazing. Everything Thomas and other YouTuber said it all true and right on the money. I trusted Thomas because of his experience , honesty , and most of all how he goes thru extensive listening voicing his product.Looking forward to acquire the Navy preamp. A million thank Thomas.

bottom line, given the same flac music file played thru the same system the mono blocks provide additional music keys. If the music has sounds from the room ( Like echos ) in which it was recorded you will hear those sounds.

I have Klipsch La Scala's, not known for their base hit, with the mono blocks there is a very noticeable base increase. I would say if you did not have a sub with these speakers you could live without a sub. I have not reconnected my sub since I received the mono blocks

At this level the differences are small but noticeable.

I would differently recommend the Mono Blocks

I couldn’t be happier with the Discovery! I’m listening now-and color me impressed! Smooth and silky without any fatigue. I listened for hours last night way past my bedtime. The mono blocks have something that I can’t quite get my head around, but I love it. Definitely different from my 400 watt per channel McIntosh amplifiers. Great job Thomas!!
